These intelligent controllers continuously sense critical water parameters and automatically trigger chemical dosing pumps to maintain optimum treatment levels at all times.

Continuous Sensing
When water flows through the system, multiple sensors — pH, Conductivity, ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential), Corrater and Fluorometer — continuously measure the water quality parameters in real time.
Intelligent Analysis
The fluorometer detects the chemical tracer level in the water online and transmits the signal to the controller. The controller converts these sensor signals into data and displays the current status on screen.
Closed-Loop Dosing
When any measured value deviates from its pre-set target, the controller activates the relay assigned to that parameter and the corresponding chemical dosing pump adjusts automatically. Acid feed, blowdown and halogen feed are all controlled dynamically.
